Eligibility and lawful use.

You may use the Organova website only for lawful purposes. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are acting with authorization from someone who is.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or use store services in a fraudulent or unlawful manner.

Product information.

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, images and other information as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, photography, manufacturing variation and measurement methods may cause minor differences in appearance or dimensions.

Customers should review the information shown on the relevant product page before purchase and consider the dimensions of the intended space where applicable.

Prices and availability.

Product prices and availability may change without notice. Organova does not offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, subscriber discounts, sale pricing, automatic promotional savings or discount-only product collections.

The product price displayed when an order is placed is the applicable merchandise price. Applicable taxes and any other required charges are disclosed before the purchase is completed.

If a material pricing or listing error is identified, Organova may correct the information or cancel the affected transaction and, where payment has already been collected, issue the appropriate refund.

Orders and acceptance.

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean every aspect of the order has been finally accepted.

Organova may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, inaccurate product information, fulfillment limitations, duplicate or unauthorized transactions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Payment.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment and billing information. Payment may be handled through independent payment processors whose terms, security practices and privacy policies may also apply to the processing of your transaction.

Organova does not require a discount code or promotional code at checkout because the store does not operate a promotional discount program.

Shipping and delivery.

Complimentary standard shipping is provided on every Organova order. No promotional code, membership or minimum purchase is required for standard shipping.

Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–5 business days. Delivery timing may be affected by carrier operations, weather, destination, peak periods, address issues or circumstances outside Organova's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Additional verification may be requested when reasonably necessary to protect a transaction.

Returns, exchanges and order issues.

Organova provides a 30-day return and exchange window in accordance with the eligibility conditions stated in the Returns & Exchanges policy. Customers should retain order information and promptly report damaged, missing or incorrect items when assistance is required.

Any product-specific eligibility conditions or exclusions are governed by the Returns & Exchanges policy presented on the store.

Intellectual property.

The Organova name, original page design, written content, graphics, branding and other store materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. Store materials may not be reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or presented as another party's work without appropriate authorization.

Third-party services.

The store may rely on third-party technology and services for payment processing, hosting, shipping, analytics and other functionality. Organova does not control every independent third-party service, and separate terms may apply when you interact directly with those providers.

Website availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an available basis. Organova does not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions, delays, technical issues or errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, consumer guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Organova will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website where such liability may lawfully be limited.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Customer responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers are responsible for losses arising from their unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another party's rights caused by their conduct.

Changes to the website and policies.

Organova may update store features, product availability and these policies from time to time. Material policy revisions may be reflected through an updated date or other notice where appropriate.

Continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective is subject to the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.

Severability and interpretation.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Section headings are provided for readability and do not alter the meaning of these terms.

Applicable law.

These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable United States law and the laws relevant to Organova's business operations, subject to mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to a particular customer.
